This impressive  building with an atrium entrance was designed by an award winning architect Larry Simmons, who received over 50 awards for outstanding designs, including the SANTA ROSA SQUARE.

His designs  incorporate local stone, mahogany wood as an accent  pieces and natural light  throughout this building.  

This office building was also used as a location for the movie "Bottle Shock" few years ago.
